Processing Time: Most insurance companies typically respond to claims within four to six weeks.
Patient Responsibility: Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan. You are responsible for all fees charged by our office, regardless of your insurance coverage. Your insurance plan is a contract between you and your provider.
